Using evatron.com could not be easier, we have strived to make the navigation of the site as intuitive as possible.

Navigation

If you wish to browse our catalogue, please go direct to the product shop link in the top menu. This will display to you the available categories of products.
Upon entering the shop, you can choose a category to show you the available product series' within that category. Click more detail to view available product configurations on the Product Series Page.

From here you can select a specific product and its available accessories. Adding this and any accessories you wish could not be simpler. Simply enter the quantity required in the quantity box, then choose the quantity of any desired accesories and click add to cart!

That's all there is to it!

If you know what you are looking for, please use the quick search module located throughout the site and type in all or some of the product code you are looking for. From the results there you can find your desired product. The quick search system also allows you to enter dimensional data and find products within 10-15% of the dimensions entered. Again you can enter length only or any combination of the other dimensions, or all of them if you have a specific size you wish to find.

Advanced search allows you to do everything in the quick search module, but adds the ability to search in the product descriptions and colours. You can search using on one field or any combination of fields. Allowing you again to find very specifically what you are looking for.

Ordering

When you've found everything you're looking for and are ready to order. On the cart page, just click checkout. This will allow you to enter your details or login if you have previously shopped with us. Once you have done this, the cart page will be displayed to you again, showing you any delivery charges/options and VAT liability

At the present time, orders are being taken without payment being taken online. You will be contacted shortly after your order to take payment. The system will confirm your order by email immediately following the clicking of the confirm button

If everything is ok and you're ready to make your order, simply click confirm. You will then be transferred to our secure payment page. This page is hosted outside of Evatron.com with Protx (an industry recognised online payment provider). Here you'll find your total order value, address details already filled in. Please make sure that the card you are using for payment matches the address entered on this page. Fill in your card details and click proceed, your payment will then be processed. Trusting everything is successful, you will be transferred back to evatron.com and an email will be sent to you confirming your order.

You will be kept up to date of your order by one of our representives all the way.
