The new hand held EVA30.  This is the case you've been asking for - an enclosure that sits comfortably in the hand, but is equally suited to attach to a belt.  It is small and shallow, but perfect for your PCB.  The front is recessed and there's a removable panel at one end plus a small recessed area on the back.   Made in ABS HB, it is on the shelves now in black and will soon be available in off white.
